i simply gave up on uploading my AD pics to Multiply.. coz tis means i'll have to convert all the 807pics to low res.

i spent 3days uploading them to shutterfly, hopefully can import them to Multiply. But hor, it failed me juz now liao. it choose to hang when it's 35% completed (119pic out of 303pics) fm the edited AD pics. dun tink the excess 504pics will have any chance to import liao.

on mon, i sent the DVD with the AD pics to be developed at Kodak. as there was more than 800pics, they charged me $0.40/pic b4 less 15%, so tis would be $0.34/pic. it also comes with foc 3pcs of 8R pics. den i decided i wan my pics to be with white border, the price become $0.35/pic. *bleah* total have to spend $282.45!!!! they told me the pics would be ready on tue, so i paid a deposit of $100 and left.

on tue, i specially went down to collect the pics oni to be told dat it's oni half done coz the pics resolution too high. took them 2mins to open one pic!!! *faint* they finally called yesterday afternoon to inform dat the pics are ready. so i popped over after work to collect them. bought 2 big slot-in albums with capacity of 300pics each coz i still have a mini wedding album i bought fm KL during my mini-moon which can keep abt 240pics.

i nearly wanted to faint last nite lor... my pics were separated into 2 folders when i sent for developing. so i expected the pics to be packed separately. who koes it was abit messed up. i spent 3.5hrs to do 3 S... search, sort and slot and dats for 303pics nia! tis evening gonna continue for the balance 504pics.

we finally collected our AD album tis evening fm LightedPixels. As Kelvin was away in Bali for a wedding photoshoot, we met his wife Elizabeth.

i simply love my AD coffeetable album!!! it came in a beautiful box with LightPixels embossd onto it. we chose the colour gold for our album.. tinking back, my ROM album was in gold also :p besides the coffeetable album, all the images taken on our AD were returned to us in a DVD. out of the 800+ pics, 300pics was edited as agreed in the contract. wow, dats alot of $$ if i'm gonna develop all. there was also a DVD with the photo montage that Kelvin had done for our AD, but tis time round.. the photo montage included pics fm the banquet.

gonna need some time to upload the extended version of the photo montage and pics. as for coffeetable album layout, it wasn't included in the DVD. although i'm abit disappointed on tis, but i tink tis is a common practice among photographers. so i used my digital camera n took pics of the album.
