i simply gave up on uploading my AD pics to Multiply.. coz tis means i'll have to convert all the 807pics to low res.

i spent 3days uploading them to shutterfly, hopefully can import them to Multiply. But hor, it failed me juz now liao. it choose to hang when it's 35% completed (119pic out of 303pics) fm the edited AD pics. dun tink the excess 504pics will have any chance to import liao.

on mon, i sent the DVD with the AD pics to be developed at Kodak. as there was more than 800pics, they charged me $0.40/pic b4 less 15%, so tis would be $0.34/pic. it also comes with foc 3pcs of 8R pics. den i decided i wan my pics to be with white border, the price become $0.35/pic. *bleah* total have to spend $282.45!!!! they told me the pics would be ready on tue, so i paid a deposit of $100 and left.

on tue, i specially went down to collect the pics oni to be told dat it's oni half done coz the pics resolution too high. took them 2mins to open one pic!!! *faint* they finally called yesterday afternoon to inform dat the pics are ready. so i popped over after work to collect them. bought 2 big slot-in albums with capacity of 300pics each coz i still have a mini wedding album i bought fm KL during my mini-moon which can keep abt 240pics.

i nearly wanted to faint last nite lor... my pics were separated into 2 folders when i sent for developing. so i expected the pics to be packed separately. who koes it was abit messed up. i spent 3.5hrs to do 3 S... search, sort and slot and dats for 303pics nia! tis evening gonna continue for the balance 504pics.

we finally collected our AD album tis evening fm LightedPixels. As Kelvin was away in Bali for a wedding photoshoot, we met his wife Elizabeth.

i simply love my AD coffeetable album!!! it came in a beautiful box with LightPixels embossd onto it. we chose the colour gold for our album.. tinking back, my ROM album was in gold also :p besides the coffeetable album, all the images taken on our AD were returned to us in a DVD. out of the 800+ pics, 300pics was edited as agreed in the contract. wow, dats alot of $$ if i'm gonna develop all. there was also a DVD with the photo montage that Kelvin had done for our AD, but tis time round.. the photo montage included pics fm the banquet.

gonna need some time to upload the extended version of the photo montage and pics. as for coffeetable album layout, it wasn't included in the DVD. although i'm abit disappointed on tis, but i tink tis is a common practice among photographers. so i used my digital camera n took pics of the album.

juz changed the theme for my multiply website, got it fm the customised multiply theme site but i had personalised the header n footer. hopefully next time can customise the whole theme myself :p

my hubby has planned for our Honeymoon in Oct.. yes.. he's finally planning it liao, already blocked leave since beginning of the yr. we are tinking of going to either one of these countries. Hongkong, Korea, Taiwan or Shanghai. no budget to go any further (since he's sponsoring my air ticket n accomodation).

well, both of us are keen on going Korea or Shanghai, with Shanghai getting more votes.. i tink the weather should be cool in both countries since it's late autumn, no hot hot weather countries for me!!! Initially tot of juz buying the air-tickets to Shanghai but the tickets are so expensive.. going by package tour is oni slightly higher and has tour, meals n accomodation. it also goes to a few more places.. if time allows, i would love to extend my stay in Shanghai, shall juz stay at my cousin's place (provided she's nt flying off somewhere n my annual leave allows).

as for Korea, my last visit there (working trip) oni allowed me to look-see for 2 days and it was not enough!!!! i would love to visit the sites where they film those tv dramas.. i'm into Korean-wave la.

there's a NATAS fair at the Expo fm 29Feb to 02Mar, so my hubby said we shall go down aft work on 29Feb to see if we can get any good deals.. but now can book oct tour liao meh??? otherwise, we have to chiong the NATAS fair in next time round, in june probably...

the much awaited wedding is finally over 2 weeks ago n now is the time to start TTC (trying to conceive). though i'm gonna let nature takes its own course, i prayed dat it will nt take a long time.

was browsing thru the TTC thread in idoBaby forum (haha, i beri kiasu hor) and come upon several forummers toking abt ovulation n preggie test kit. so i tot i may as well get some for a start. den i saw one forummer was recommending to get the test kits fm Baby.Dusts.

so i clicked n went to the blog to check out the test kits, the name of tis blog looked beri familiar and i remembered it's the blog of a fren i got to know thru SG brides couples who ROM-ed in May05. she's nw a stay-at-home mum of a cute baby gal n selling the test kits fm home. managed to msn-ed her n ordered 5 preggie test kit, the type i ordered is similar to the brand Clear Blue and fm Canada. there's a cheaper type though. $12 for 5 preggie test kit incl postage. anyone of u interested can get fm her also. she's beri fast n efficient, will send out the kits once she received the payment.

fm her, i got to know there are 2 other forummers fm couples who ROM-ed in May05 also TTC for baby nw. hehe.. good luck to all of us!

it's 2 more days to my AD.. my preparation is almost done liao.. but hor, my CD for march-in n banquets is not burnt yet

went to collect my gowns just now.. super heavy sia.. it's nw hanging in my messy room over at my sis's place. will be spending the last 2 nites with my family. there's a super big moth outside my sis's place on the red cloth they hung up. we believe it's my late father coming back to visit us coz he know i'm getting married. wished he was still around to witness my BIG Day

tis is one of my greatest regret in life.

btw, i went to do my mani n padi yesterday at Petit Nail House. the whole place is so pink, such a princessy feel. my appt was at 4pm but i oni started doing my mani at 7.30pm

dats 4hr of waiting coz i reached at 3.30pm. spent 2.5hrs doing acrylic extensions and 3D nail art. am beri pls with Clara the manicurist who did it. as for my pedi, it's totally ruin by the time i got home coz it wasn't really dry when i left the place at 10.45pm, shd haf wore those thong slippers and not slide sandal, stupid me!!

later will juz go for a express pedi to fix it up.

i'm gonna give my mum a surprise on my AD. told ur earlier dat i've chosen to wear a teadress i/o a KUA rite. juz nw when i went to collect the accessories i've rented from BridalCloset, i was persuaded by my sis n Elsie to try on the KUA. heng i can fit in!

look left look rite... i dun look too bad in a KUA, so i decided to rent it and surprise my mum by wearing it for the tea ceremony i/o the teadress fm BS. i shall leave the teadress for my evening cocktail reception or when i'm sending off the guests after the banquet.

am quited tempted to haf more than one change of gown during the banquet... sound beri 'hiao' rite

but its a once in a life thing wor..
